| Do you love wine and cooking? Join Nancy today and learn some principles and practices to guide you in cooking with wine. Learn how to create delicious “wine food” and enjoy tasting those same wines alongside the delicious food. We’ll start with an Autumnal Pear and Blue Cheese Salad made with a Pinot Noir, move on to a Risotto with Lemon Shrimp and Goat Cheese made with Sauvignon Blanc, a Grilled Salmon with Mushrooms and Zinfandel Sauce. End with a fabulous Wine Cake Topped with Macerated Citrus, baked and served with a luscious dessert wine |
