Think African food is just curries and barbeques? You’ll think again after joining Chef Nancy for a look at the different foods from this beautiful continent. Nancy’s time in Africa has taught her to appreciate the unique cuisine that hails from Africa and tonight she’ll share some of her favorites with you. We’ll start with Tropical Coconut Fruit Salad with Mango Vinaigrette, then Nancy will prepare a delicious Banana Leaf Wrapped Pork Loin accompanied by a Macadamia Basil Pesto Salad. That will be followed by a Goat Cheese, Bread and Butter Pudding and the meal will end with a luscious Coffee Walnut Cake topped with Mocha Whipped Cream. Along the way, we’ll talk about the perfect wines to serve, and enjoy a delicious fruity cocktail inspired by the tropics.
