Everyone knows that the best way to someone's
heart is through their stomach!
Why not test that theory out and learn to make a fantastic meal
with other food loving singles. Join Meet Market Adventures, Anthony Stellato
and Nance Greenspan, former restaurateurs and current owner operators of one of
New York City's most popular catering services and learn the basics of cooking.
We will meet for each class in the gourmet kitchens of Café Au Bon
Gout. The class will be broken into small groups, who will each work as a team
to prepare the menu of the day. This class will focus on Italian food with a
main course of Gnocchi, Meatballs & Sauce. Halfway through the class, the
groups are mixed again, so everyone gets a chance to meet, mix and cook
together.
Anthony and Nance, who have just finished the first episode of
their hilarious, new show, "Cooking is Fun(ny)", will take you
through an easy to prepare menu in a fun and instructional manner.
You will chop together, sauté together, and also get to enjoy your
"culinary creation" at the end of the class...together.
All utensils and equipment are provided, so bring your heart and
your appetite!
