Announcing a Winemaker's Dinner at Chez TJ with Ridge Vineyards on Thursday, November 12. Menu, wine pairings, a link to make reservations and other details are posted at: www.cheztj.com Please consider joining us! Ridge winemaker Eric Baugher (the winemaker of Ridge's award-winning and very highly rated Monte Bello wine) will be talking to every guest individually during the course of the dinner about his wines and passion for winemaking. There will be 8 courses with 7 paired Ridge wines. The courses were created by Chez TJ's Michelin Star Chef Bruno Chemel to complement each wine. If you are a wine lover, and especially if you appreciate the stellar quality of Ridge Vineyards' winemaking, this is a night not to miss at Chez TJ. |
