Join Chef Payton Curry as he features this 6 course "Locavore" menu using all local and natural ingredients with 100% coming from Arizona.
Chef Payton will introduce his artistry at his first wine dinner at Caffe Boa by utilizing his Black Mesa Ranch Berkshire pig, grass fed, into the menu for the evening
Wines will be presented by Lioco winery's own Matt Licklider.  Lioco winery is the result of a years-long conversation between Matt Licklider (a seasoned wine import specialist) and Kevin O'Connor (former wine director at Michelin Two-Star Spago-Beverly Hills) and are some of our favorite "terroir driven" wines from California that we have on our award winning list
*$79 will include all the amazing wines, paired with all local ingredients along with 6 courses dinner (including the amuse)
