Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is one of the most common life-threatening genetic diseases in the United States, affecting approximately 600,000 people including newborns, children, and adults. The PKD foundation is dedicated to promoting research to find a cure as well as improving the care and treatment of those it effects.
