We are excited to host this 5-course tasting menu paired with wine at every course.  This is a rare opportunity to meet, and converse with, Anne Marie Borghese.  The Borghese vineyard is Long Island’s premier vineyard

Goat Cheese Beignet

Coach Farm goat cheese beignet, mache salad, baguette cracker, red beet and applewood bacon coulis

 

2nd course

 

Pan Fried Peeky Toe Crab Cake

mango relish, lemon-beurre blanc

 

3rd course

Day Boat Scallops

pan seared with caramelized Belgian endive, potato purée, mussel-cream sauce

 

4th course

Braised Lamb Shank

slow braised with sautéed Swiss chard, roasted fingerling potatoes, lamb jus

 

5th course

 Crème Caramel

crème anglaise, tempura apple raspberry coulis
