Culinary, Wine and lifestyle seminars are offered throughout the day for those who want to know more. Beer and Barbeque play a large role too! All ages are welcome with family friendly activities like hayrides, barge rides, storytelling and more. Live entertainment keeps things festive as Texas vendors join in to celebrate the unique and amazing products Texas has to offer. It’s the perfect finale to the festival where the beauty of a Texas ranch serves as the backdrop to sample all the best food and wines we have to offer. New to this year will be the Texas Regional Barbeque Showdown which will pit San Antonio Restaurants against amateur barbeque teams. They will battle it out for bragging rights for the best brisket, ribs and chicken and Totally Tejas attendees will get to sample as these grillmasters cook!
Who will be cooking? Creative Chocolates, Mahatma Rice, Sweet Designs Bake Shop, Timbo’s, Rio Cibolo Ranch, Two Bros BBQ Market and Texas Pride BBQ. Check back daily for more additions!
