A unique night of wine and yoga…and shopping for the "holiday edition" of Sip, Stretch, and Shop with a leading jewelry designer.

Third Thursday of Every Month:
Nov 19th — 6pm, $20*
Dec 17th — 6pm, $20*

On this evening we will pair the unique and flavorful varietals of Periscope Cellars’ red wines with a deep sense of well being, relaxation and peace offered by Hatha Yoga principles.  As the wines ignite a fire within, the yoga increases energy, flooding your body with warmth, invigoration, and spirit.

When life gets a bit shaky it is necessary to pull away from the Blackberry and remember the simple pleasures in life like a great sip of wine and a fabulous yoga posture.  This evening can improve your health, increase your happiness, and leave you feeling sensational!  The only requirement is to bring a positive attitude and your yoga mat.  All levels are welcome.
