For the benefit of The American Heart Association, our exquisite wine dinner event is back and better than before. The proceeds from this five course event will be donated to The American Heart Association. We want you to wine and dine in style at the Salt Creek Grille in Princeton, New Jersey.

Wines Being Served...

Reception: Taittinger Brut La Francaise

1st Course: Cakebread Chardonnay Reserve

2nd Course: Craggy Range "Te Muna Road" Pinot Noir

3rd Course: Castello del Terricio "Tassinaia"

4th Course: St Francis "Pagani Vineyard" Old Vine Zinfandel

Dessert: Fonseca Terra Bella Ruby Port

Food Courses...

Reception: Fruit & Cheese Display - An assortment of imported and domestic cheeses, assorted crackers with grapes & strawberries. Bruschetta Display - Chef's assortment of fresh made vegetable & olive bruschettas on garlic toast points.

Appetizer: Maryland Crab Cake - Pan seared & served with saffron orange & remoulade.

Salad: Pear & Warm Goat Cheese Salad - Phyllo-wrapped goat cheese,
anjou pears, tomatoes, walnuts, sherry vinaigrette.

Entree: Mesquite Grilled Salmon with a Lemon Beurre Blanc, or 6 oz. Mesquite Grilled
Sirloin with Classic Demi Glaze.

Dessert: Flourless Chocolate Torte.
