Piedmont's Michelin-starred Chef Ugo Alciati from Guido and Guiseppe
Barbero from Osteria Del Boccondivino, will benefit Italy's Slow Food
founded University of Gastronomic Sciences.
Each table will be hosted by one of 20 legendary Italian wine producers, pouring exclusive vintages and selections of wine including Ca' Viola, Borgogno and Bruno Giacosa, among others. ($495 per person including tax and gratuity-all proceeds will benefit University of Gastronomic Sciences)
In addition, exclusive once-in-a-lifetime trips to Italy will be auctioned live during the Friday dinner including:

Dine at Pollenzo's historic Arco Di Alba and receive a once-in-a-lifetime private tasting, tour and dinner at the renowned Gaja Estates.

Experience Piedmont like an insider and enjoy private tastings and lunch with world-renowned winemaker Giorgio Rivetti of La Spinetta Vineyards, an intimate tour and dinner at The Bruno Giacosa Estates and an exclusive tasting and lunch at Einaudi Estates.
Each trip includes round-trip airfare on Continental Airlines, hotel accommodations and transfers for four people.
