& friends of Bacchus, Ambiance Vins & Sophia Books are proud to present for the first time in B.C. a new collection of reference wine books from famous French Master Sommelier and author, Jacques Orhon. Sophia Books willl feature 4 books by Jacques Orhon. Igal Amsallem, sommelier from Ambiance Vins, will introduce them: - Les Vins du Nouveau Monde Tome 1: Afrique du Sud, Australie, Nouvelle-Zelande - Les Vins du Nouveau Monde Tome 2: Amerique du Sud - Le Nouveau Guide des Vins d'Italie - Harmonisez Vins & Mets Books will be available for sale.
