Overlooking the Pacific since 1926, La Valencia Hotel's Sky Room features breathtaking views of the La Jolla Cove, and offers a sophisticated and elegent dining experience. 

On November 11, enjoy a four-course menu, designed by Executive Chef Sean Eastwood, paired with selections of Renteria wine.

Begin the evening with Pan Roasted Arctic Char, Artichoke Barigoule, Mount Shasta Porcini and Baby Bok Choy paired with the 2007 Renteria Carneros Chardonnay. 

For the second course, the duo of Sqaub Spiced Ginger Cake, Butternut Squash Puree, Glazed Chestnut, and Black Mission figs will be paired with the 2006 Russian River and Carneros Pinot Noirs. 

For the main course, the 2005 Renteria Mt. Veeder and 2005 Renteria Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignons, will be paired with an Herb Crusted Lam with Huckleberry Lamb Jus, and Parsnip and Fennel Gratin. 

For dessert, indulge on a pinapple upside down cake paired with the 2004 Renteria naughty Sticky.
