Last springs seminar with Bruce was a sell-out, so we have invited him back again to present one of his unique wine classes.  This time, Bruce focuses on wines that aren't the normal Chardonnay or Cabernet that we are all used to.  With thousands of different varietals, why are most of us are only drinking five or six types?  As a member of the Wine Century Club, Bruce has experienced well over 100 different wine varietals and has selected some of his favorites that offer different tastes and flavors for you to experience.  You will learn about the origins of these grapes, the countries and cultures that produce them, which foods they go well with, and how to include more of these varietals in your wine picture.  Space is limited, so reserve your spot early.
