This festive tribute to German food will begin with a tasting of five Oktoberfest-style beers. At the conclusion of the tasting you can select two of the featured beers to enjoy with the Oktoberfest dinner.

Beck’s, Ocktoberfest Bier

Jack’s Pumpkin Spice Ale, Michelob Brewing

Oktoberfest, Munich Style Ale, Widmer Brothers

Late Harvest Autumn Ale, Red Hook

Wild Blue, Blueberry Lager, Blue Dawg Brewing

 

Vorspeisen – First Course

 

One Cheese Plate – Hirtenkäse

 Hirtenkäse is a rustic and savory hard cheese. It’s an authentic mountain cheese with a rugged, earthy aroma.  Hirtenkäse is handmade in the Allgäu mountain region in the South of Germany.

 

Hauptgerichte – Main Course

All entrees are served with Sauerkraut, Pickled Red Cabbage and Pumpkin Spätzle.

 

Choice of

Wiener Schnitzel Holstine

Lightly breaded chicken scaloppini pan-seared and topped with poached egg, lemon, capers and anchovy.

OR

Beer Braised Bratwurst

Schreiner’s German sausage browned and simmered in Becks bier with onions and garlic.

OR

Brisket Saurbraten

Beef simmered with celery, carrots, onions and ginger snaps; served with all natural juices.

 

Dessert

Schokoladentorte – German Chocolate Cake

 

 

 

Dinner reservations begin at 5:00pm until 8:00pm.

$25 per person, tax and gratuity not included.

 Seating is limited and reservations are required.
