Not a typo! We are referring to Paras Vineyards high atop Mt Veeder in the
Napa Valley. This unknown patch of land has had vineyards on it for over a
century it's so far of the beaten path that most won't brave the "roads".
Sharing the space with mountain lions, Paras has quietly built an
outstanding reputation for blockbuster Rhone reds and whites and stunning
Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery is tiny and when the wine is consumed,
winemaker Douglas Danielak feels like he is letting you in on his best kept
secrets. Mmmm juicy delicious secrets. Price $105 includes food, wine, gst
and gratuity.
