Are you giving any thought to what is the best wine to serve at your Thanksgiving holiday? You've always heard that Pinot Noir goes well with turkey (and it does!), but have you tried a Gewurztraminer yet? This is a personal experimentation class to explore the possibilities of what will work with your meal. We will offer 6 different styles and types of wine to pair with your Thanksgiving meal. We will have turkey and cranberry samples with each wine so you can find the perfect pairing.
