Champagne. . .the elixir of love, the rain of champions and the symbol of ‘society’.

 

While people tend to think of Champagne solely for celebrations, we are of the mindset that everyday should be celebrated. F. Scott Fitzgerald put it best when he stated:

 

Too much of anything is bad, but too much Champagne is just right.

 

Champagne and sparkling wine is great for parties, Wednesdays and with food because it easily pairs with almost everything.  There are a lot of choices in the bubbly category and Randolph Wine Cellars is excited to show you all there is in the way of delicious, double fermented, sparkling wine from a particular area in France and other countries!

 

Join us this November and help us realize wine writer Willie Gluckstern’s perfect world where “everyone would have a glass of Champagne every evening.”
