Harvest Table Tasting featuring Burgundies of Anne Parent and Francois Servin.  Zeto will host this exciting harvest table tasting on November 5th  (Thursday) starting at 7 PM.  It’s being held at Avenue Restaurant in downtown Greensboro.

 

At our harvest table, reminiscent of  France , you will enjoy Chablis from Domaine Marcel Servin and Domaine Parent's red Burgundies.  The tasting menu, paired for these wines, includes:

 

First Course Salad of Mache and Shaved Fennel with Lemon and Verjus Dressing

Second Course Seared New England Atlantic Sea Scallop with Olive Oil Bathed Halibut, Tender Leeks and Provence Olives

Third Course Tartlette of Exotic Mushrooms with Morel Cream and Fines Herbes

Fourth Course Grilled Beef Medallion with Roasted Potatoes and Pinot Noir Reduction

Fifth Course Venezuelan Chocolate Fondant with Michigan Cherry Syrup

Our menu will be prepared by Mitch Nicks.   Enjoy tasting the specially selected foods while hearing Anne and Francois talk about their Burgundies.
