The lovely Natalie from Domain Select Importers will present three excellent Italian bottles to tease and please the taste buds. To start you will enjoy Collabrigo Prosecco which drinks with the fullness of a champagne at a third the price. Next, Guicciardini Strozzi sends us a most delicious Tuscan from the Morellino region.
The grand finale is an amazing 2000 Chianti from the Castell 'In
Villa. A big bold Chianti made to be the perfect complement to a
gourmet meal. It is an unusually concentrated Chianti Classico, that
has benefited from age.
Bring any of these to your Thanksgiving festivities and you will put a
smile on everyone's face.
Aromas of yeasty brioche and orchard fruits, a light
body balanced to bright acids, a fine mousse and a long finish.
Its perfume is intense with a vanilla note and scents of ripe
fruit and blackberries. The flavor is
dry and fresh with excellent quality tannins and good persistency.
