Come enjoy an afternoon of great wine, some tremendous Artisan Cheese accented with a fun presentation on food and wine pairing mixed in with stories, some even about food and wine.  Executive Chef Rhys Lewis and Sommelier Charles Birr have provided wine education together for over ten years.  Together, they bring a fresh look at wine education with strong expertise and experience in the industry.  Each tasting includes a selection of four or five wines paired with Wisconsin Artisan Cheese.  It is a tasting, a lesson on wine and food and an enjoyable afternoon.
