Pali Wine Co cordially invites you to a Winemaker dinner at the Oak Room Restaurant. The evening will showcase some of Pali’s current and soon to be released wines: 2008 Sunset Rosé; 2008 “Charm Acres” Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast; 2007 Momtazi Vineyard Pinot Noir, Willamette Vineyard, Oregon; and 2007 Boer Family Vineyard Grenache, Chalone, CA.  Chef Talbert, who created the menu to compliment each of these wines, will talk about his food pairings, and Pali’s Winemaker Aaron Walker will guide us through each wine tasting and provide technical information about each wine.  We might even hear an amusing anecdote or two from Aaron.
