6 PM. Our annual Vintner's Dinner is approaching! If you haven't been able to get to one of these fabulous dinners, now is your chance. Our guest chef this year is Ken Pratt. He has developed a mouth watering, five course menu for your delight (click here for the menu). Our featured wine expert this year is Holly Howell,the popular wine columnist for the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle.

About our Chef:
Ken Pratt began his culinary career while attending Coastal Carolina College in Myrtle Beach, SC. Ken has worked as a chef at the Myrtle Beach Hilton, Sante Fe Station and NY Prime. He opened is own restaurant, Table I in Oak Island, NC. Ken moved back to his hometown of Canisteo, NY and is presently Executive Chef at Lisa Marino's Club 57 Restaurant in Hornell, NY.
