Chef Thomas Ciszak will celebrate his heritage by creating traditional German classics from Hamburg to Bavaria.  Cricket Hill Craft Brewery of Fairfield New Jersey will feature a special beer in the style of a Düsseldorf Alt Beer from the Chefs home region of Germany. Along with their regular and seasonal brews,   the Alt Beer will be made from hops grown by Copeland Pastry Chef Patrick Muller.

Each beer will be paired with European classics such as “Bangers and Mash,”  “Pork Roast” and “Sausage and Spatzle”.  The evening will be a casual atmosphere with plenty of seating.  The event will take place between 6 and 8 p.m.  The cost will be $36.00 per person, which will include tax, gratuity and all food and beer.
