Wine & Food Pairing Course Here is a delicious series of seven wine and food pairing Thursdays focusing on France, Italy and Germany. Come to Wine Depot this winter and experience the amazing synergy among these wine & food pairings. Award-winning Bluehouse Catering and Wine Depot put the series together with great emphasis on arranging wine dinners with the most creative pairings. Each class will feature five gourmet style appetizers paired with five hand-crafted wines. Sorry, no Kendall-Jackson, no crackers. Every single wine you will taste range from $15.00 to $49.00 per bottle. Whether you join to explore some reliable ways of pairing food & wine, or just to indulge yourself in the whole exercise, we hope you come and have a fantastic time with us. 1) Wine & Cheese, Thursday, Nov. 5th 6-7 p.m. 2) Wine & Tapas, Thursday, Nov. 12th 6-7 p.m. 3) Wine & Salads, Thursday, Nov. 19th 6-7 p.m. 4) Wine & Holidays, Wednesday, Nov. 25th 6-7 p.m. 5) Wine & Fish, Thursday, Dec. 3rd 6-7 p.m. 6) Wine & BBQ, Thursday, Dec. 10th 6-7 p.m. 7) Wine & Desserts, Thursday, Dec. 17th 6-7 p.m. $280.00 for seven wine dinners, bistro style. 12 participants max.
