An "Amplified" wine tasting. Making wine more accessible, less pretentious, and more fun by pairing it with live music in interesting venues. On Friday, December 18th, Rock 'n Roll Wine gets hoppin' at the Bullfrog Bar & Grill---a legendary venue for live music, conveniently located at 5 Mile & Telegraph. The Bullfrog is consistently rated as Metro Detroit's best venue for live music and is conveniently located at 5 Mile & Telegraph. As usual, RnR Wine will be pouring a brand-new mix of the underappreciated, unusual, and just plain good wines from all over the globe.
One of the Bullfrog's regular bands, The Jamie Todd band, will be performing a wide mix of popular blues covers and original jams. Even though they have only been together for a couple of years, the band is comprised of veteran musicians from several groups and has quickly established a name around the bars of Metro Detroit. Great musicians and lots of fun, they will often invite audience members to sit in with them on stage. Come prepared to sing along!
A $25 advance ticket lets you sample all of the music and wine that your heart desires. The cost goes up to $30 the day of the show.
Wine pouring starts at 6:30pm, live music begins around 7pm. See you there!
