Expand your wine horizons! Learn advanced wine tasting theory and blind tasting techniques. Advanced food and wine matching is introduced with a selection of international cheese samples. Wines and wine regions of Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and Chile are emphasized and explored in an easy to understand and informative manner.  Prerequisite: Wine 101 or Basic Wine Knowledge.
