The Houston Wine School will be conducting a series of Wine Education classes at El Meson Restaurant on six consecutive Monday evenings, 6:00 Pm to 8:00pm, starting on October 26th, 2009 and ending on November 30th.
Master Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator, Guy Stout, Certified Sommelier and El Meson Chef Pedro Garcia, and other area sommelier and wine professionals will teach the classes leading you on a journey through the world of wine. Each class will cover a different part of the world and offer a tasting of at least six wines. An assorted selection of cheeses will be included, as well as appropriate maps and printed materials each week.
