This week, we'll explore the origin of Chardonnay. On the Western-facing slope of elongated, gently-rolling hills in west-central France, you'll discover the true greatness of white wine! Traditionally barrel-fermented with skins in tact, this particular style of Chardonnay is made to stand up to any culinary masterpiece that the Gallic imagination can muster! Now as for the why's and what-not's, you'll be offered some surprising answers by our resident wine-guy! So come taste, enjoy, and learn! |
