This week, we'll explore the origin of Chardonnay.

On the Western-facing slope of elongated, gently-rolling hills in west-central France, you'll discover the true greatness of white wine! Traditionally barrel-fermented with skins in tact, this particular style of Chardonnay is made to stand up to any culinary masterpiece that the Gallic imagination can muster!
