We will be pairing 3 vintages of MoniClaire's Petite Sirah with Claudia's hand-made chocolates. MoniCaire produces boutique wines from estate vineyards located in the Lytton Springs area of Dry Creek Valley. These wines have a real strong chocolate component, so this pairing should be fantastic.
In addition to this tasting event, we offer 50 wines by the taste and glass all the time as well cheese plates, tapas, salads, panini, lasagna and desserts.
