Which wine goes with turkey?  It's a question that comes up often during the holiday season and the answer is actually quite simple…what do you like?  At this month’s tasting we hope to show you that pairing wine with your Thanksgiving meal is actually pretty straightforward – certainly more so than coordinating and cooking for the big event. The wine that should be paired with your feast is really all about what you and your guests’ prefer.  Fruity or dry?  Sparkling or still?  Red or white?  Your pairing options are about as vast and varied as the food flavors at your table.
