Champagne is a sparkling wine produced by inducing in-the-bottle second fermentation & capturing the carbon dioxide.  It is produced exclusively within the Champagne region of France. It first gained world recognition by its affiliation with the anointing of the Kings of France.  Please join us at our wine seminar.  Reservations are encouraged.  275.7200
