Wine OR Wine & Food Event

Wine OR Wine & Food

Here at Saké Nomi, we believe the more we learn about saké, the more we can enjoy it!

Our semi-regularly scheduled Saké 101: "The Basics," or "Why Does This Stuff Taste So Good?" is a big part of our ongoing effort to demystify and spread the word about the wonderful libation we love so much.

Saké 101 begins at, well, the beginning, and covers all the essential information you need to enhance your saké drinking experience.  From how premium saké is graded, to the brewing process and beyond, this fun, casual evening will put you "in the know" regarding this mystical, magical beverage and, quite possibly, change your life!

Our next session of Saké 101 will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 27, @ 7:00 p.m.  Cost for the approx. 90-minute course is $70/person and includes all saké, food, and course materials.

During the class, we'll cover all the basics during the lecture/video portion (while drinking, of course), and then we'll let the saké do the talking, paired with a variety of foods.

Class size is limited, and spaces are held in the order we receive the reservations, so if you're interested in joining us, please reserve your spot as soon as possible, and no later than Saturday, Oct. 24.

To reserve your spot(s), please contact us at (206) 467-SAKE or info@sakenomi.us.
