What would the holidays be without the wonderful addition of sweet endings!? Our class will cover some classic dessert offerings for the holidays as well as some new and fun twists on Chef Nanci's favorite sweets. Students will learn the art of making short pastry for wonderful pies and tarts as well as how to make some really fun and tasty candies for your family or gift giving for friends and neighbors. Menu: Almond Roca; Classic Apple Pie; Bouche De Noel Cake; Profiteroles with Cream & Chocolate Sauce, Pumpkin Bars Monday, November 16, 6:30pm-9:30pm $59 (Additional $20 materials fee payable to the instructor during class) |
