With the holiday season upon us, this class is sure to offer all you'll need to host your own party or give you an idea or two for making appetizers you can make and bring to a special event. We will cover how many pieces per person you should plan in terms of timing for an event, as well as how many offerings to prepare. Planning ahead is essential to party planning so naturally we will cover what you can do in advance so that you can be with your guests enjoying the actual party! We will also have a bartender on hand to show us how to make some outstanding holiday libations!

Menu: Easy Chocolate Loaf or Wreath; Sherried Mushrooms; Pepper Baked Olives with Rosemary; Lamb Meatballs in Almond Sauce; Cheddar Cheese Tartlets; Crab Cakes with Spicy Tartar Sauce; Gougeres with Smoked Salmon or Chicken Salad Filling; Flatbread with Carmelized Onions and Shittake Mushrooms
