The Beckers host visiting winemakers and pair their wines with multiple courses to create a beautiful and delicious afternoon in the vineyard.
Luncheon Menu:
Reception: Smoked meats and cheeses from Opa’s Smoked Meats
First Course: Light and Crisp Prawns, Roasted Shallots, and Local Greens -Chef Jeffery Balfour, Citrus Restaurant at Hotel Valencia
Second Course: Red chile braised Berkshire pork shanks with green chile macaroni & cheese and ancho cherry sauce-Chef Mark Bliss, Silos Restaurants and Nosh
Dessert: Single origin Ecuadorian chocolate dome with creme brulee and Becker spiked cherry center on a chewy chocolate cake base-Philippe Place, Coco Chocolate Lounge & Bistro
