d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar, a new restaurant opening at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino in mid-November, is hosting a wine and cheese night on Thursday, November 19 from 5 pm - 8 pm. During “Meet the Monger” guests will enjoy a wine and cheese pairing especially selected by Jake Sigl, Cheese Specialist and Nick Hetzel, Sommelier. This event celebrating great Italian cheeses and wines is open to the public.
For this event, d.vino Italian Food & Wine Bar presents 4 hand-selected cheeses' flown in from Italy paired with 4 Italian wines.
