Please join us as we welcome Jim Sweeney from Quintessa Vineyards for an elegant evening of food and wine.  Jim will share stories from Quintessa’s award winning Napa Valley winery as we enjoy the following menu crafted specifically to pair with their incredible wines.

Slow poached shrimp with mixed greens topped with pan sautéed goat cheese.

Wild Boar Ravioli with oyster mushroom reduction

Paired with 2007 Flowers Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

3rd Course

Braised beef short ribs with truffle risotto cake

Paired with 2006 Faust Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

4th Course

Dinosaur cut bone in ribeye with fingerling potatoes and ratatouille

Paired with 2006 Quintessa Red Blend, Napa Valley

5th Course

Pan seared foie gras with grilled Bosc pear on a toast point with candied orange zest

Paired with 2003 Royal Tokaji 5 Puttunyos, Hungary
