WINES

2006 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (Sale $26.99 reg. $29.99) - Hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Klipsun and Kiona Vinyards in the Red Mountain appellation.  One of the hottest growing regions in the state which ripens Cabernet, 

merlot, and Syrah exceptionally well, the 2006 growing conditions was rain at bloom and hot in the early summer.  


2005 Red Mountain Syrah (Sale $22.49 reg. $24.99)- A blend of hand picked Syrah grapes from ‘The Ranch at the End of the Road’ vinyard at Kiona and Songbird Vineyards  on Red Mountain.  Red Mountain is known for producing big , fruity Syrahs and this 

one is no different. 


2006 Laurus Nobilis  (Sale $26.09 reg. $28.99)- A Bordeaux style blend of 61% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petite Verdot. After extensive blending trials this Bordeaux blend represents our continuing efforts in making a truly 

handcrafted wine. Fruit for this wine was sourced from Boushey, Klipsun and Kiona Vineyards.


2005 Azorica (Sale $26.99 reg. $29.99)- This is our ‘Almost’ Bordeaux blend consisting of 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc and 16% Syrah. The name Azorica comes from the genus of the Laurel species. This wine is produced with 

grapes from Boushey Vineyards in Grandview, Patch of Blue Vineyards and Kiona Vineyards on Red Mountain.
