Enjoy the bounty of fall with a four course vegetarian wine dinner. Certified sommelier, Sarah MacKinley of Perfecta Wine Company, worked with the Riverworks' Executive Chef, TJ Bernard, to put together a truly harmonizing menu. A creamless Butternut Squash soup paired with a crisp Pinot Gris from Oregon will begin the meal. This is followed by a Maple glazed Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese salad, which will be accompanied by a delicious Riesling from the Mosel Valley of Germany. The main course features a White Pumpkin Lasagna paired with a Cotes du Rhone from France. For dessert we're mixing it up a bit and serving a Sortilege Maple Whisky spiked Apple Cider along with a Spicy Oatmeal Ice Cream Sandwich topped with chunky Apple sauce. Tickets are only $45.
