Cadence is dedicated to showcasing the finest vineyard sites in Washington State. Our Bordeaux-styled blends are our interpretation of the best qualities reflected in Washington’s greatest vineyard terroir. We believe blending creates a balanced wine of greater character than the individual components. Our wines express the power, intensity or elegance of the vineyard reflected in the characteristics of the varietals on the vineyard site.

Tanzer loves Cadence Vintage 2007

In the Nov/Dec 2009 issue of The Internation Wine Cellar, Stephen Tanzer loves our new releases.

We know you will too.

He gives Bel Canto 2007 94 pts, effusing, “There are any number of powerhouse Bordeaux blends being made in Washington today, but very few wines with this degree of class.”

Ciel du Cheval 2007 receives 93+ pts as, “A sexy and refined wine . . . that leaves the taste buds vibrating.”
Tapteil 2007 receives equal billing with 93 pts.

Tanzer sums up the vintage, “The Cadence wines have gained in richness and fullness in the past few vintages without any loss of balance or freshness.”
