EVENT DETAILS:

An English sparkling, ideal as an aperitif, thena lighter selection to complement the beginning of the meal, followed by a rich, nutty selection of whites and some sumptuous Rhône blends from the Old and New Worlds, fulll of dark fruits and chocolate spice - a perfect accompanipment to the traditional Christmas dinner.
