We will start this tasting with a glass of well chilled Prosecco, the sparkling wine of the region. We will then look at contrasting styles of Soave from rival producers Anselmi and Pieropan, a Pinot Bianco and a Tocai Friuliano from Schiopetto and a range of benchmark Valpolicellas, finishing with an Amarone.
