We will be comparing many different types of chocolate and different recipes. From milks to beans to conching times and cocoa percentages, we will be exploring the fabulous world of chocolate and comparing the leading chocolate producers. 

Some like milk, some like dark and there are those who really don’t care as long as it melts in their mouths and makes them sign in contentedly!

FORMAT:

The tasting will be in the SPEED-TASTING format.

This does NOT mean that we will be drinking quickly, like in our student days and it def doesn't mean that we are speed-dating! 

With each round, you will be presented with a new food or drink comparison and seat assignment!

This is not a singles event, this is a mingles event!

Arrive for 7 PM

7pm- Welcome glass of bubbles

7:15- Chocolate tasting starts

9:00- Canapés of Smoked Salmon Bellinis, Chicken Skewers, Vegetarian Spring Rolls and various other nibbles will be served and REAL party will begin!
