Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is celebrating three great wine producing regions of Europe at the European Grand Tour Wine Dinner this month. The dinner features four-courses of authentic specialties from Spain, Italy, France and Austria, paired with European wines. The wine dinner will take place on October 20th at Fleming’s in Chandler (905 N. 54th St., 480-940-1900) at 6:30 pm.
Guests will be greeted with passed hors d’ouevres for the Castles in Spain course of Herb Roasted Scallop Risotto Cake with Gazpacho Salsa, paired with SEGURA-VIUDAS, Brut Cava Aria Estate NV. Once seated, guests will enjoy the Villages of Tuscany appetizer, a Panzanella Salad on Arugula, served with a Trio of Bruschetta, and paired with MASO CANALI, Pinot Grigio Trentino Italy, 2007. Highlighting the evening will be the entrée titled Paris by Night, featuring a Bistro Steak with Cabernet Butter sauce, Truffle Pomme Frites and Ratatouille Lasagna, paired with CHÂTEAU SÉNÉJAC, Haut-Médoc France 2006. The event will conclude with The Austrian Alps Raspberry Linzer Torte, served with richly brewed coffee and a selection of teas.
The European Grand Tour Wine Dinner is $55.00 per person which includes the paired wines (excluding tax and gratuity). Reservations may be made at Fleming’s in Chandler at 905 N. 54th St. or 480/940-1900.
