We taste the sensational wines of Dr. Karl Christoffel from one of the best vintages in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. The 2007 vintage has produced fantastic juice, and we are proud to pour these Rieslings at a superb value price! We will sample a qbA, Kabinett, Spatlese, and Auslese, and explore the differences in these grades. Dr. Karl Christoffel, a distant relation to both J.J. Prum and J.J. Christoffel, has a fine parcel of mineral-rich soil in the Mosel, and his wines show astute minerality and great balance. Please come and enjoy OKTOBERFEST, Acker style!!
