Butcher Demos & Tasting Sessions presented by Todd Mussman - Muss & Turners Brady Lowe - Taste Network Alex Brounstein - Grindhouse Killer Burgers Featuring: Gum Creek Farms, artisan wineries and SweetWaterraft brew Location: Atlanta, Ga - Grindhouse at Sweet Auburn Market 209 Edgewood Avenue, Atlanta, Ga Todd Mussman will butcher a whole animal into tasty identifiable parts. We will then wood-fire cook select tasty cuts of pork over a hardwood fire. Taste Network will provide complimentary boutique wines and great cheeses --- Grindhouse Killer Burgers will serve three sliders and tasty snacks from the menu. SweetWater Brewery will provide the brew. A foundation event in the world of butchers, chefs and whole animal utilization. Join the movement on sourcing responsibly raised proteins in Georgia. DATES / PROTEIN Wednesday, October 21st - Local 103# Heritage Pig Wednesday, October 28th - Gum Creek Katahdin Lamb Wednesday, November 11th – Gum Creek 103# Heritage Pig PRICE / TIME $30 -- Standing Room (only 30 available) $35 - VIP Seating (only 15 available) 6-9 pm --- reservation required PARKING: Please park in the market lot located on Jesse Hill Jr. Drive, behind the market. There will be an off-duty officer patrolling the lot during the event. Additionally, since the market is closed, market security will help guests reach Grindhouse. So, don't be afraid to ask. You may brown bag your favorite bottle of wine, but please confirm with event host first. Thanks. CUT 3 is a series of smaller events leading up to national event called PRIMAL (the other is in Napa). The event is at Sweetwater Brewery on November 21st. Primal is a foundation event for butchers and chefs supporting responsibly raised, locally sourced meats.
