Todd Mussman will butcher a whole animal into tasty identifiable parts. We will then wood-fire cook select tasty cuts of pork over a hardwood fire. Taste Network will provide complimentary boutique wines and great cheeses --- Grindhouse Killer Burgers will serve three sliders and tasty snacks from the menu. SweetWater Brewery will provide the brew.

$30 -- Standing Room (only 30 available)
$35 - VIP Seating (only 15 available)
6-9 pm --- reservation required
PARKING:
Please park in the market lot located on Jesse Hill Jr. Drive, behind the market. There will be an off-duty officer patrolling the lot during the event. Additionally, since the market is closed, market security will help guests reach Grindhouse. So, don't be afraid to ask.
You may brown bag your favorite bottle of wine, but please confirm with event host first. Thanks.
CUT 3 is a series of smaller events leading up to national event called PRIMAL (the other is in Napa). The event is at Sweetwater Brewery on November 21st. Primal is a foundation event for butchers and chefs supporting responsibly raised, locally sourced meats. Guest will witness four animals broken down, sample fire-roasted meats, sample Oregon wines and local brews.
