The last Naked Grape Series tasting for the year will feature the Nebbiolo grape, famous for the wines of Barolo and Barbaresco from the Pietmonte region of Italy. A tremendously complex nose is the trademark feature of this grape, ranging from violets, rose water, tar, minerals, earth to Chinese black tea. A very food friendly grape, this is a tasting not to be missed as we sample various versions from Piedmonte and neighbouring regions.
