Wine OR Wine & Food Event

Wine OR Wine & Food

We’ve been touring the country for years, and we’re finally getting a chance to head to New York City! This fall, Tour de Champagne NYC makes a stop at la. venue in Manhattan for one evening of very select champagne tasting paired with excellent fare from some of the city’s many great restaurants on Thursday, November 12, 2009. Prior to the start of the Tour de Champagne main event, a special “Vintage Seminar” will be hosted by Sherry-Lehmann and feature Moët Hennessy USA champagnes such as Krug, Ruinart and Dom Perignon. This seminar has extremely limited seating and includes a VIP ticket to the Tour de Champagne main event.

During Tour de Champagne New York, guests will have the opportunity to try champagnes from more than 20 houses, enjoy live music, sample bites from local restaurants and get a chance to win a trip for two to Paris compliments of Air France. Special partners for this evening include Bentley Manhattan, Relais & Châteaux, Bubble Lounge, Air France and Sherry-Lehmann. We’ll also team up with ACTION AGAINST HUNGER to help raise awareness and funds while we’re in town. The evening concludes with a “Fin de Soirée” après party at the Bubble Lounge.

The Moët Hennessy “Vintage Seminar” will include a champagne seminar and tasting of vintage selections from Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Dom Perignon and Krug houses. This extraordinary experience is not to be missed and will sell out quickly with only limited seating available!

WHAT: For more than three years, Tour de Champagne has popped into cities including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco and Washington D.C. In each city, the event joins forces with top local restaurants and chefs to create an unmatched champagne tasting experience.
