Reception-- Cheese Sampling Course 1--Orzo Salad (cranberry, pistachio) with Braised Artichoke Hearts and a Red Wine & Butter Broth Course 2--Tuna Wrapped in Cucumber with Pomegranate Molasses and Cactus Reduction. Course 3-- Duck Confit with Oven Roasted Tomato, Wilted Spinach, Warm Bacon Vinaigrette, and House-made Ricotta Course 4-- Strip Steak.
